I lead interim HR, organizational design, and compensation work for Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations including Starbucks, Nike, Mastercard, and Capital One. Through Christy Pruitt-Haynes Consulting, I help CEOs and executive teams stabilize people functions, align structures and workforce plans to business strategy, and build compensation systems grounded in internal and external equity.
I've built HR functions from the ground up for workforces scaling from 20 to more than 500 employees and led multi-country people strategy for INFINITI Americas across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
