What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior People/HR role where I can align talent, culture, and compliance to drive measurable execution. I want to improve processes, embrace HR technology thoughtfully, and partner with leadership to deliver meaningful, people-first change.

I’m an experienced HR leader who believes strong businesses start with strong people. I focus on building strategies that create workplaces where people and business thrive together, from hiring and talent development to compensation, benefits, and HR technology.

As Chief People Officer (April 2025–present), I lead enterprise HR strategy for a wealth management firm, aligning talent, culture, and compliance to drive advisor performance and long-term growth. I introduced OKR goal setting with the executive team, completed HR database updates during an ADP-to-Workday transition, and partnered with C-suite leaders to build a strategic HR roadmap through 2028.

In my prior Director & Head of HR role (September 2021–March 2025) at Lotte Global Logistics N. America, I reimagined HR processes across the enterprise while serving as an Executive Team partner. I led HRIS vendor evaluation and implementation (Paycor), used MS Power BI for automation, improved health insurance economics, rolled out OKR-aligned performance practices, and redesigned compensation to better match the US market.

Earlier, as a Sr. HR Business Consultant at Baylor Scott & White Health, I served senior executives across business units—driving compensation design, talent management, and talent acquisition. I’ve repeatedly improved engagement, built KPI-driven people dashboards, strengthened internal equity, and led complex HR work streams through acquisitions and organizational change.
