I’m a Senior Application Support Specialist results-driven in the full life cycle of software and data support—programming, requirements definition, testing, and process improvement. I focus on delivering “bottom line improvements” while bridging technical and business teams through strong relationship building.
Since June 2014, I’ve owned day-to-day operational readiness for Gallagher’s server-based environments (prod and non-prod) across 30+ servers, including service operations, restarts, and health validation. I also manage deployments and testing of system updates, monthly data correction scripts, archiving, 2nd tier support, and ad hoc SQL reporting.
I serve as IT project lead for over 45 M&A conversions, coordinating Epic data replication (BDE), user acceptance testing, and SOX compliance. I’m also the IT application owner for multiple platforms (Vertafore AIM and Gradience Attendance), maintaining 24x7 operational readiness, integrations with external applications, and vendor relationships.
Earlier, as a PL/SQL Developer and Programmer Analyst, I delivered Oracle/PLSQL and web-based solutions, defined requirements with business process owners, and led testing and implementation. I’ve also been technical lead on upgrades, DR procedures, and integrations—supported by tooling like Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
