I’m looking to support mission-critical enterprise data platforms where I can deliver reliable Oracle/DB2/SQL Server solutions, automate ETL, tune queries for performance, and improve data workflows through optimization and modernization.

I’m a senior database professional with over 20 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data solutions across government, healthcare, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. My expertise centers on Oracle PL/SQL, DB2, and SQL Server, with strong capabilities in data modeling, ETL automation, performance tuning, and database administration.

In my current role as a Senior Oracle Developer / DB2 DBA / SQL Server Developer, I provide database development and administration for enterprise clients, designing data models, developing PL/SQL logic, automating ETL processes, and optimizing large-scale database environments. I’ve built and maintained Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and scripts (Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c), administered DB2 and SQL Server (including DB2 environments with 600+ tables), and improved system performance through query tuning and optimization—earning an IBM GBS Service Excellence Award (2016).
