Christopher Lawson

Currently, I am employed by Ascend FS as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Ascend FS is the market leader in digital fundraising solutions, providing clients with the technology to run charitable gaming programs, such as 50/50 raffles and sweepstakes. In this role, I regularly employ and am proficient in CRM tools and other project management services such as Salesforce, Hive, Asana, WordPress, Shopify, and Figma. My responsibilities also include acting as the company’s account representative for several top-tier clients across the MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL. Working with these teams, I focus on project management and customer service while helping to drive ROI initiatives as well as retention and renewals. In my time with Ascend, I also successfully managed the world's largest and record-breaking 50/50 raffle program, which generated over $17 million in sales over 10 hours.
