I’m looking to lead enterprise customer success for high-value SaaS/FinTech/HR Tech—driving retention and expansion with executive QBRs, proactive value-gap analysis, and close product collaboration that turns customer insights into measurable revenue.

I’m an Enterprise Customer Success leader with 14 years of experience managing high-value SaaS, FinTech, and HR Tech portfolios. In my current role at VirgilHR (June 2025–Present), I manage 140+ enterprise accounts ($1.5M ARR), advising C-suite HR and Legal leaders on compliance alignment and platform ROI. I lead end-to-end renewal cycles using proactive value gap analysis to mitigate churn risk and secure long-term commitments, while maintaining full account health for forecasting and proactive issue resolution that improves high CSAT and NPS.
