At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I owned developer-facing documentation for AWS Marketplace, AWS Partner Central, and AWS RTB Fabric. I built the RTB Fabric documentation suite from the ground up, including platform overviews, architecture narratives, getting started guides, and an API reference.
I produced and tested CLI and API examples with engineering teams, and authored deployment guides for AWS Partner Solutions. I validated each deployment before publishing, including solutions using CloudFormation templates and CodePipeline/CodeBuild CI/CD pipelines.
At Aqueti, I created a complete documentation suite for camera array technology, working alongside the engineering team on specifications, installation guides, API references, and training materials. I also established the company style guide and documentation templates.
At Change Healthcare, I led documentation for healthcare workforce management software in a HIPAA-regulated environment. I maintained user guides for ANSOS product lines and established style and review processes; earlier, I documented assessment software at Measurement, Inc. and real estate closing software at SoftPro.
