What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote recruitment opportunities across APAC, Singapore, and the Middle East, where I can lead full-cycle executive and specialist searches across fintech, banking, and technology.

I've closed 20+ placements at Hyred across sales, technology, finance, and executive mandates for clients including UOB, Techcombank, Prudential Singapore, and AIRudder.

I run full-cycle agency search from intake brief and talent mapping through Boolean sourcing, screening, shortlist delivery, and offer negotiation. I manage 8–13 live vacancies at once, filling most roles within 4–6 weeks.

I've built a 500+ candidate pipeline across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines, completing 200+ screenings per month and supporting cross-border relocation hiring.

Before Hyred, I delivered end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and industrial clients at Versatile Creation and built talent pipelines for SAP, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, and business analyst roles at Hexamatics Servcomm.
