What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service, manage communities and social channels, and keep operations running smoothly while continuing to learn and grow with a supportive team.

I’m a customer service specialist and community manager who loves being the first friendly voice for people—whether that’s at a front desk, on the phone, or in an online community. I bring a service mindset, clear communication, and a practical approach to getting things done efficiently.

In my recent role at Williamson County Animal Center, I greet and assist guests, answer phone calls and emails, create profiles for adoptable animals, and help adopters find pets that fit their needs. I also keep the front lobby clean and well maintained, supporting a smooth experience for the public.

Previously, as a Pet Village of Brentwood Client Care Coordinator and a Morning Pointe Assisted Living Receptionist, I handled client intake, scheduling, and reservations, managed check-ins, and supported multiple departments with administrative work. I’m comfortable juggling detail-heavy responsibilities while staying calm, organized, and helpful.

I also bring community and content moderation experience from ModSquad and Alter Titan, where I monitored community channels, censored and addressed inappropriate content, and managed social platforms like Facebook and Instagram, plus Discord and a Kickstarter page. I’m eager to keep expanding my horizons, acquire new skills, and contribute with creativity and reliability.
