I am a results-driven supervisor and entrepreneur with a decade of experience across retail, logistics, and financial services. I founded and ran a small business combining children's toy sales and a beauty salon, managing a team of five and day-to-day operations.

Earlier, I worked as a Logistic Manager where I handled client relations, resolved complex client issues, created staff schedules, managed vacations, and evaluated KPIs to improve performance.

My role as a Credit Specialist at a bank strengthened my analytical, negotiation, and client-assessment skills; the position shaped my professional core and gave me experience in sales, risk evaluation, and client counseling.
