What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocating to the UK or internationally for a role supporting, configuring, or rolling out hospitality POS systems, where I can combine technical systems knowledge with hands-on hotel operations experience.

At Radisson Hotel Group, I configure and support SAP-based POS systems, translating new developments into practical guidance for hotel teams and L1 support. I lead P1 incidents and emergency changes, coordinate expert teams, and create lasting knowledge documentation.

I've rolled out POS systems across Radisson hotels throughout Europe and bring eight years of Food & Beverage leadership from five-star hotels in Switzerland and Scotland. My operational background helps me simplify configurations, train teams, and restore reliable hotel operations under pressure.
