I am looking for a senior HR role where I can lead talent strategy, drive employee engagement, and implement people-focused operational improvements.

I am a results-driven human resources and people-management professional with over 15 years of post-graduate experience across HR, sales & marketing, customer service, and administration. I have designed and led HR departments, implemented strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, and introduced systems to improve compliance and staff welfare.
