I want a role where I can keep owning customer escalations and reporting—improving payments efficiency, process accuracy, and regional workflows while supporting team adoption of new tools.

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I’m the point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, supporting worldwide reporting across partner queries, payments, and tool usage.

I build and review AMS monthly metrics with regional managers, run weekly regional meetings to improve processes, and help teams adopt new tools. I also handle queue management, claiming audit/payments, data export from Salesforce into Excel, and transitional planning across countries.
