I am an experienced property manager with over 10 years' experience managing residential portfolios across the Northwest. I consistently deliver high standards of service and strong client satisfaction.

At Scanlans Property Management I managed a diverse portfolio generating approximately £150,000 in annual management fees, handling service charge budgets, year-end accounts, insurance administration and contractor negotiations.
