At Urbanbubble, I currently manage Community Hosts and support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in delivering client KPIs across occupancy, resident satisfaction, health and safety, and budget performance.
I oversee leasing processes, move-ins and move-outs, resident services, and building operations. I also manage work orders from contractor assignment through completion and monitor resident feedback and reviews.
Previously, as Property and Inventory Coordinator at Urbanbubble, I developed and implemented an Excel work order tracker to monitor maintenance issues. I also conducted property inspections using Inventory Hive and supported contractor works and apartment defect follow-up.
At Johndorf Ventures Corporation, I managed operations, repairs and maintenance across five subdivisions. I led subcontractor selection and the rectification of 102 residential units, reducing the allocated budget by 8% without compromising quality.
