I’m a customer service and technical support worker with hands-on experience across retail, food service, logistics, and casino machine support. I’m relocating to Broomfield, CO on July 25, 2026, bringing a steady focus on solving problems quickly and keeping work accurate.
In my “Tech Support – Victoryland Casino” role, I diagnosed and repaired hardware issues on gaming machines, helped users with machine problems, and documented solutions. I also worked with team members to resolve issues quickly, making sure customers could get back to using the machines without unnecessary delays.
Earlier roles strengthened my operations mindset—loading trucks accurately and on time at FedEx, inspecting automotive parts for quality standards, and handling inventory and order picking/packing.
