I lead procurement and quality at RøhneSelmer, building better supplier relationships and quality processes in the automotive industry.
Previously at Harald A. Møller AS, Norway’s largest car importer, I led a team of six and held overall responsibility for sales of parts and accessories to the dealer network. I also managed annual evaluations and day-to-day follow-up of the supplier portfolio.
Across roles as Accessories Sales Manager, Accessories Sales Specialist, and Parts and Accessories Purchaser, I built a collaborative cross-functional team and worked to ensure the right assortment for dealers and their end customers.

Leder et team med en salgssjef, en innkjøper og tre salg/produktspesialister. Overordnet ansvarlig for all omsetning av deler og tilbehør fra Harald A. Møller til forhandlerleddet. Er også overordnet ansvarlig for gjennomføring av årlige evalueringer samt daglig oppfølging av vår leverandørportefølje.
Ledet et team med en innkjøper og to salg/produktspesialister. Ansvarlig for all omsetning av tilbehør fra Harald A. Møller til forhandlerleddet. Ansvarlig for et utvalg leverandører og oppfølging av disse. Stort fokus på å ha riktig sortiment til forhandlerleddet og legge til rette for at de skal kunne selge mest mulig tilbehør til sluttkunden.
Operativt ansvarlig for å sikre riktig innkjøp av deler & tilbehør fra utvalgte leverandører til Harald A. Møller sitt hovedlager på Lillestrøm.
