What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead enterprise application support, system upgrades, integrations, migrations, and process improvements while partnering closely with business, accounting, vendors, and technical teams.

At Arthur J. Gallagher, I support development, QA, and production environments for Applied Epic and Vertafore AIM, including deployments, data corrections, replication, SQL reporting, and 24x7 operational readiness. I've served as IT project lead for more than 45 M&A conversions, partnering with business and accounting teams on data quality, user acceptance testing, and SOX compliance.

I lead upgrades, disaster recovery planning, server consolidation, integrations, capacity planning, and reporting modernization across enterprise applications. My work includes managing 30+ server environments, coordinating patching and change control, and maintaining vendor relationships for AIM and Gradience Attendance.

Previously, I delivered Oracle and PL/SQL reporting solutions for AbbVie through Synergy Computer Solutions, improving pricing, margin, transfer-cost, and year-end processing applications. At Follett, I moved from business systems analysis into programming and technical leadership, delivering workflow automation, invoice imaging, reconciliation, reporting, security, and web application projects.
