I am a seasoned IT leader and systems analyst with over 30 years' experience across the system development life cycle, primarily on IBM i (AS/400) platforms. I have designed, developed and managed applications in healthcare, financials, order management, communications, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and I have led application support, incident/request/problem/change management aligned with ITIL principles.

I've served as Solutions Delivery Manager and Application Support Manager, managing remote onshore and offshore teams, acting as project manager, and interfacing with business owners and operations teams. My technical expertise includes Synon/2E, RPG/400, RPG ILE, CLP, SQL, Synon/CM and MQSeries; I have a track record of delivering ERP enhancements, payment and banking interfaces, and resilient transaction processing solutions that improved automation and auditability.
