What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an executive leadership role where I can run high-volume operations, build teams, and improve profitability through smart cost control, sanitation-focused leadership, and standout menu execution—while continuing to grow in responsibility and scope.

I’m an Executive Chef with more than twenty years of professional cooking and kitchen experience, leading teams and running day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on quality, sanitation, and guest experience. I’ve developed and implemented cost-effective strategies to optimize food purchasing while maintaining high quality standards.

In my current role at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, I oversee kitchen operations end-to-end—food preparation, plating presentations, inventory, portion control, and waste reduction. I lead menu creation and execution, standardize recipes across multiple locations, and mentor junior chefs to ensure consistent performance and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Earlier, I led corporate banquet events as Executive Chef for Centerplate/Sodexo Live! @ Holiday Valley, overseeing an average of 45 weddings per season and multiple dining operations, including ordering, food cost, labor, training, and scheduling. I’m now seeking to expand upon my culinary background and continue to grow in more executive leadership roles across dining and hospitality.
