What I'm looking for
I’m a Catering Chef with experience preparing and cooking meals, delivering catering orders, and maintaining outstanding customer service. I follow recipes and establishment rules while ensuring every order is handled with speed and care.
Previously, I worked as a Sous Chef Instructor, where I prepped and cooked daily meals while following CACFP guidelines, VA regulations, and dietary restrictions. I also planned and executed weekly menus using Excel and managed ordering and food storage with FIFO to keep service consistent and safe.
I enjoy training and mentoring others. I teach new employees rules, recipes, equipment, and storage practices, and I provide hands-on guidance for Culinary Academy students, reinforcing ServSafe guidelines, knife skills, hygiene, and cleanliness.
