What I'm looking for

I'm looking to return to project and program management, applying my experience leading international, cross-cultural teams, strengthening operations, and delivering social and environmental initiatives.

I've led Peru-based programs and operations for Cool Earth Action, coordinating 20–30 staff and consultants across Lima and Amazon locations while aligning strategy with UK teams. I managed budgets, HR, legal processes, operational planning, and stakeholder relationships with Indigenous communities, government, civil society, and private-sector partners.

I've also coordinated sustainable development and conservation projects, built organizational processes, and co-founded an early-stage retail business spanning finance, operations, marketing, logistics, and legal setup. After a planned family-care break, I'm ready to return to project and program management work with international organizations.
