I've led digital transformation and economic inclusion programmes at UNHCR, HIAS Perú, and entrepreneurial ventures, building delivery systems, data architectures, and operational frameworks that improve decisions and services.

At HIAS Perú, I designed the international labour mobility programme for refugee populations, built a cross-border Power BI system used across four countries, and helped deliver the first assisted economic mobility process for refugees in Latin America and the Caribbean. I also achieved 100% of three-year programme targets within the first half of year two and secured IRCC Canada funding for multi-country implementation.

At UNHCR, I coordinated cash-based interventions across 10+ partners, applied R to national datasets, and autonomously managed CBI and livelihoods operations for nearly five months without disruption. Through NFContact and Alactus Producciones, I've taken products and service lines from concept to market, combining Agile delivery, financial modelling, process automation, and data-driven growth.
