As a Co-founder & Strategic Lead at Innovation Dry & Energy, I led commercial, operational, and strategic workstreams for roller-based drying technology for mineral concentrates. I closed a USD 165K prepaid industrial dryer sale and built the business case, proposal structure, pricing logic, and investment rationale—then coordinated implementation of the first Roller Shredder Dryer across documentation, logistics, site-entry requirements, installation, testing, and post-sale support.

Previously, I founded and served as Founder & General Manager of a B2B graphic production and communications company, owning client acquisition, negotiation, budgeting, pricing, supplier coordination, production planning, quality control, and delivery. I also managed HR Compliance & Development governance at Markham College, improving 100+ institutional policies, creating accreditation-ready documentation, and building dashboards and trackers to monitor training, compliance gaps, and evidence readiness.
