What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations & project management professional with over a decade of experience across cultural, design, fashion, and hospitality sectors in Peru, Italy, and the UK. I coordinate cross-border initiatives with a strong focus on discretion, pace, and clear delivery.
Since 2022, I’ve served as an Estate Manager and international point person for a private family office, managing day-to-day operations across Peru and the UK remotely. I liaise directly with legal counsel, financial advisors, brokers, and international principals, while overseeing annual budgets, financial reporting, and timeline planning using Gantt charts and project management tools.
From 2020 onward, I’ve managed full brand operations for a ceramic design studio—driving international orders, production coordination, and supplier relationships (including Michelin Star restaurant partnerships). I digitised an inventory database from paper systems into structured records and scaled brand presence through communication strategy, social media planning, and content management.
Earlier in my career, I led marketing, commercial, and PR functions—from “Communication Manager” roles in-house to public relations and influencer campaigns for major retail and hospitality brands.
