At American Income Life, I've owned the full sales cycle across prospecting, discovery, presentations, closing, and post-sale customer support while managing a high-volume monthly pipeline.

I built a referral collection system that strengthened client retention and created a repeatable warm-pipeline channel. After being promoted from individual producer to Sales Manager, I helped lead a team that increased annual sales production by 242% and net submitted production by 213% between 2022 and 2025.

I've interviewed more than 400 candidates, directly managed 29 agents since 2025, and helped develop more than 50 agents, including several who became sales managers. I coach teams in prospecting, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing.

Before sales, I led culinary teams in Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning restaurants, training under Corey Lee, Thomas Keller, and Maria Hines. I bring that same accountability, service focus, and ability to perform under pressure to client relationships and team development.
