What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a project leadership role where I can run full-cycle software implementations, strengthen PMO processes, manage budgets, and deliver executive-ready reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned and outcomes on track.

I’m a customer-centric project manager skilled at guiding projects through initiation, planning, scope development, budget tracking, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, execution, implementation, and closure. I’m especially effective at uncovering inefficiencies that threaten critical deadlines and turning them into process improvements that keep teams aligned.

At Presidio, I lead integration management and acquisition-related work, serving as lead project manager on acquisitions with up to $12m in yearly revenue potential and supporting additional acquisitions totaling up to $55m annually. I created a PMO and Smartsheet prospecting engine used to identify key sellers, and I provide management and C-Suite with dashboards and reporting to strengthen the M&A pipeline and streamline communications.

Previously at Blackboard, I managed up to $1.5MM in client-facing projects across 10–20 internal and external technical team members. I streamlined workflows by automating activities in Smartsheet, built and maintained PMO templates and systems, drove change management through training tutorials, and delivered a high-visibility virtual college effort 6 months ahead of the 1-year deadline.
