At Presidio, I was the lead project manager on two acquisitions with a potential total of $12m in yearly revenue and assisted with three more. I created a PMO and prospecting engine in Smartsheet that was used to find most of our current sellers.

At Blackboard, I managed client-facing software implementation projects, including projects worth up to $1.5MM. During the pandemic, I spearheaded a virtual college project for a federal government entity and delivered it six months ahead of its one-year deadline despite challenging security regulations.

I also built a PMO at Blackboard by establishing project management templates, processes, and systems that remain in use. I’m a PMP and mentor through the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.
