I studied to become a programmer. But due to geographical limitations, the only job I was able to find was as a computer technician. I would love to break into the market, but I am more than willing to continue working at a support level if the opportunity arises.

I'm an IT professional based in Kimberley, South Africa, with a background in hands-on technical support. I worked as a Computer Technician at Matrix Warehouse, where I built practical experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and keeping systems running reliably.
Alongside that experience, I've earned Microsoft certifications in HTML5, JavaScript, Python, and Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) — building a foundation in both web development basics and cloud computing. I'm particularly interested in growing into cloud-focused support or junior development roles, where I can combine my troubleshooting instincts with these newer technical skills.
