At Brightmont Academy, I design and deliver personalized adult learner onboarding across Google Meet, in-person, and asynchronous formats using ADDIE, Google Slides, Articulate 360, and company-created media.
I build curricula, professional development, and individualized intervention plans grounded in assessment data. My work includes executive functioning curricula for grades 3–12, an elementary arts curriculum, reading and math skillbuilding training, instructional coaching, and support for teams across 26 locations.
Previously, at Waterford School District, I co-authored standards-aligned curriculum and assessments, mentored teacher candidates, presented professional development, and used student data to create differentiated learning experiences.
