What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my technical skills while providing excellent customer service in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I am a committed and friendly individual with a passion for technology and customer service. My journey began with a year-long apprenticeship at BCTec, where I honed my skills in IT support, including troubleshooting and assisting customers with their technical issues. This experience laid the foundation for my career, allowing me to develop a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Currently, I work with the AA in the accident assist team, where I handle claims for insured members involved in accidents. My role requires me to communicate effectively with customers, assess vehicle damage, and coordinate recovery services. I take pride in my ability to build relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently. My previous roles in technical support and customer service have equipped me with the skills to excel in fast-paced environments while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service.
