At Zanders, I serve as Chief People Officer and Management Board member, representing People & Culture for 450 employees across offices while partnering with the CEO, CFO, remuneration committee, ESG committee, and investment boards.
I lead HR, recruitment, and talent development strategy, from compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and employer value proposition to onboarding, retention, leadership development, and global People & Culture budgets. I also lead people, operations, and communications streams in M&A projects.
Previously, I built global People & Culture frameworks at Trustmoore, led HR and talent development across 15,000 employees at Aalberts Industries, and delivered leadership, learning, and systems-training programmes at Amgen and Cisco across international teams.
