What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing as an IT Support professional, delivering first- and second-line support, resolving incidents, supporting cloud-based SaaS applications, and improving user experience through clear documentation and effective troubleshooting.

At Tuckers Solicitors LLP, I provide first- and second-line IT support for more than 300 users across cloud and on-premises environments. I administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, manage user access, shared mailboxes and distribution groups, and troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, devices, and connectivity issues.

I've achieved approximately 99% same-day ticket resolution and reduced average resolution time by approximately 40% through stronger troubleshooting and documentation. I manage incidents and service requests in HaloITSM, maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles, and work with development teams on application and production issues.

Before moving into IT support, I developed and maintained legal case management and PHP web applications using Core PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. That development background helps me investigate application defects, SQL queries, REST APIs, JSON, and production issues with a practical support mindset.
