What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex hospitality SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, system migrations, integrations, and project delivery while improving client outcomes through training, troubleshooting, and automation.

At Oracle, I implement Opera Cloud, Opera v5, OXI, back-office integrations, and fiscal integrations for hospitality clients. I've delivered 100+ Oracle projects in India and abroad, including an overseas project in the Maldives.

I lead tailored configurations, legacy PMS cutovers, user training, go-live support, troubleshooting, and release quality checks. I'm certified on Opera PMS Cloud by Accor, IHG, and Hyatt, and on Opera PMS v5 by Marriott.

Previously at IDS Next, I delivered cloud-based hospitality software implementations across property management, channel management, finance, POS, and materials management. I also bring hands-on hospitality operations experience from IHG hotels and use SQL, third-party integrations, and Codex AI workflow automation to improve delivery.
