At ITC Infotech, I provide global technical and functional support for Oracle Hospitality platforms serving Marriott hotels across the US-Canada, EMEA, and CALA regions.
I troubleshoot reservations, billing, and interface issues across OPERA PMS, OEDS, HotSOS, POS, OXI, IFC8, and IFC8.Net integrations. I work with hotel IT teams, clients, and global stakeholders through incident resolution and planned maintenance.
I've executed 500+ Oracle Database upgrades from 12c to 19c, covering installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, recovery, and performance tuning. I also lead Oracle Forms and E-Business Suite patching and upgrade validations.
I've delivered OPERA upgrades and Hypercare support for 600+ Marriott properties, helping maintain minimal downtime during production changes and hotel go-lives.
