What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or hybrid role in Customer Experience, Customer Support, or Support Operations where I can lead teams, improve service delivery, solve operational challenges, and contribute to meaningful customer outcomes while continuing to grow as a leader.

A Customer Experience and Projects & Operations professional with experience spanning financial services, SME development, sustainability, and impact-focused initiatives. At Airvend Payment Services, I have progressed from Customer Service Associate to Head of Customer Service, leading support operations, monitoring service performance, managing escalations, coaching teams, and driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

Alongside this, I work in Projects & Operations at Perazim Impact Consulting, where I coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and workstreams across SME investment readiness, debt financing, impact reporting, technical assistance, and large-scale project delivery. I have supported initiatives such as the Green Investment Readiness Advantage (GIRA), Circular Economy Impact Fund (CEIF), and Omniverse Africa Summit.

I am particularly interested in Customer Experience, Support Operations, Project Coordination, Programme Delivery, Sustainability, SME development, and impact-driven work.
