What I'm looking for
I am a Customer Support Specialist and Data Analyst based in Owerri, Nigeria, open to remote roles globally. I recently graduated with a B.Tech in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and I've been building practical experience across customer support operations, CRM administration and data analysis.
On the customer support side, I served as Freshdesk Administrator for a 4-member remote support team where I configured the platform from scratch, set up ticket routing workflows, managed agent roles and permissions, built automation rules, configured SLA policies and handled live client tickets through to resolution. I'm also proficient in Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Calendly and Google Workspace.
My data and administrative background comes from my internship at Nigeria's Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Government, where I worked directly with senior leadership tracking project action items, preparing reports and briefings, managing digital records and coordinating across multiple teams simultaneously.
I also served as President of the School of ICT student body at FUTO, where I managed operations, budgets, vendor relationships and organized a large-scale technology event from start to finish.
My final year project was an AI-powered Job Market Analysis and Salary Prediction System built in Python . it analyzed real labor market data to predict salary outcomes based on skills, role and location.
I'm most interested in roles involving customer support, client success, help desk operations or data analyst positions at startups and technology companies. I work well independently, communicate clearly in writing and thrive in fast-paced remote environments where I can take ownership and grow.
