Conducted market/customer/competitive analysis to identify requirements, evaluated products, managed compliance documentation, and provided improvement recommendations to headquarters and technical teams.

Owned product ranges across a security hardware/software portfolio and managed launches with internal communication, sales support, and go-to-market coordination. Managed product lifecycle activities including end-of-life planning, availability reporting, pricing models, and commercial product support while capturing customer and market requirements.

Managed product projects covering specifications, software requirements, and usability improvements, including cost-reduction activities and product launches. Translated project needs into actionable requirements and launch delivery.

Created product roadmaps and presented them to potential customers. Established bill-of-materials costs and managed product kick-off meetings to support launch planning.
