What I'm looking for
I lead customer support at MerkurBets, driving day-to-day quality through customer management, close work with different departments including CRM, and iGaming AML/Risk/Payments & Fraud Laws for AT/DE. I also take responsibility for Oasis / Lugas / MA36 - Guidelines and help ensure correct processes while handling payments and fraud-related topics.
Before stepping into leadership, I progressed from Customer Support to Senior Agent CS, building strong communication in German, English, and Spanish. I enjoy training new employees, managing shifts, and using Zendesk/TMA/Confluence/Jira to keep support operations organized and responsive.
