Since 2020, I’ve worked independently as a virtual assistant and recruiter, supporting lawyers, real estate agents, online shop operators, and other entrepreneurs. My work includes recruiting and onboarding, back-office support, and phone service.
In my independent work, I create flyers, brochures, presentations, and manage documents. I also handle property searches, travel and event planning, and German-Czech translations.
At Globkon GmbH, I recruited for a staffing company focused on direct search. I identified qualified candidates, conducted interviews in German and Czech, and supported the search for accommodation.
At EC Bioenergie GmbH & Co. KG, I supported sales colleagues across B2B and B2C, handled customer service and sales conversations, and prepared offers and invoice corrections. As a freelancer at Legito s.r.o., I supported colleagues in the DACH region, presented Legito to prospective users, and helped prepare and automate contracts.
