I'm looking for a remote or flexible role supporting executives or operations teams, where I can build reliable systems, manage priorities independently, and use AI tools to improve administrative workflows.

I've supported the CFO at Pan African Towers by managing sensitive correspondence, calendar conflicts, financial documents, board materials, stakeholder follow-ups, and an investor meeting from logistics through materials. I also built a document organization system that improved retrieval speed and reliability for the finance function.

As HR Lead at African Pots Restaurant & Confectioneries, I owned the employee lifecycle across three brands and created SOPs, training materials, recruitment workflows, and an AI-assisted prorated salary calculator. I use ChatGPT and Claude daily to streamline drafting, research, problem-solving, and administrative workflows, and I work calmly and independently with minimal supervision.
