I’m a dynamic operations professional with 5+ years managing high-value logistics and specialized freight. I focus on compliance-driven execution, meticulous transportation documentation, and dispatch leadership that keeps shipments consistent and reliable.

In pulp and paper transportation, I coordinate daily dispatch and routing while ensuring strict adherence to mill-specific loading procedures. I maintain exactness across bills of lading and compliance paperwork, and I act as a central liaison across drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep freight flow uninterrupted.

Previously, I directed daily 3PL operations across Eastern Canada, overseeing time-sensitive, high-value freight—including open deck, out-of-gauge, and regulated shipments. I also supported warehousing contracts, coordinated freight flow and inventory, and handled international operations logistics (including recurring international air freight with customs coordination and critical delivery timelines).

Earlier in my career, I led high-volume retail operations as a General Manager and Service Manager, bringing accountability, training, and process structure to fast-paced teams. Across every role, I’m passionate about process improvements that raise efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
