Led a team of 3 salaried employees responsible for booking and coordinating transportation for packaging and raw material deliveries to all breweries across Canada. Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to meet transportation requirements while minimizing cost and operational disruption.

Co-supervised a team of 60+ unionized truck drivers delivering to Beer Store locations across Ontario. Analyzed weekly manpower requirements and planned upcoming delivery schedules in collaboration with Beer Store coordinators.

Managed 25 unionized warehouse employees responsible for order assembly and truck loading and unloading, leveraging the Warehouse Management System. Planned and distributed workload to support loading of up to 30,000 cases for next day delivery.

Completed a 3-month rotational program in warehouse and transport operations. Completed a final project focused on yard visibility and data at the Mississauga warehouse.

Delivered customer service across sales, cash, inventory, and shipment receiving at a high-volume store. Served primarily as closing cashier, responsible for leading other cashiers on shift as well as closing, counting, and balancing all 7 tills.

Completed a summer project on Defined Contribution (DC) Pension maximization, collecting and analyzing data to better understand employee participation in the company pension plan. Developed a database to consolidate claims and premiums data for health and dental.

Supported the implementation of the Region's new Maximo system by migrating data from the legacy system. Worked with the Financial Expenditure and Management teams, recording financial information for capital projects, and collecting HST information from companies.
