I’m a dedicated and results-driven NOC L2 Engineer with hands-on experience in ISP network operations, L2/L3 troubleshooting, and OLT management (EPON/GPON). I monitor complete network infrastructure using Observium (OBS) to ensure uptime and performance, and I configure and manage switches across Huawei, Edgecore, Raisecom, and TP-Link.
I quickly diagnose and resolve issues like network loops, MAC flapping, broadcast storms, and optical power faults, while handling VLAN configuration (Access/Trunk) and port management. I also support EPON/GPON OLT configuration, analyze optical power levels for stability, and coordinate with field engineers and L1 teams for fast issue resolution; beyond operations, I build solutions like a TR-069 ACS server (MERN Stack with MongoDB) and a network monitoring/alert system with real-time Telegram alerts.
