I lead network monitoring, incident response, and service restoration at Meghbela Cable and Broadband Services Private Limited. I monitor OLT, POP, and backbone infrastructure, alarms, and real-time service performance.
I coordinate NOC and field teams to isolate faults, escalate incidents, follow RCA actions, and maintain SLA compliance through closure.
During network or link outages, I perform remote route changes, failover, and traffic rerouting to support service continuity. I also prepare operational reports and guide monitoring-team coordination.
Previously, I monitored network devices, links, and alarms; troubleshot fiber, OLT, ONU, and broadband issues; and supported customers through technical helpdesk ticket resolution.
