I am a dedicated HR and Operations professional with over four years of experience in Learning and Development, education management, and team training. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where I honed my skills in curriculum planning and stakeholder communication. I have successfully led teams in various capacities, including as a Co-founder and Operations Manager at LK EDU, where I implemented effective recruitment and training strategies that enhanced team performance and service quality.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to operational efficiency and employee development. At Hong Leong Bank, I coordinated training sessions and maintained comprehensive training records, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.
