What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own bookkeeping and administrative accuracy, support billing and reporting, and collaborate with a team that values organization, reliable follow-through, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an Office Manager/Bookkeeper with experience in fast-paced office work where “attention to detail” and solving problems quickly matter. I’ve managed day-to-day billing, processed accounts payable/receivable, and handled invoices, balancing sheets, and monthly statements.

I also support stronger decision-making through data: I created reports for quarterly business review using Tableau Software, built training documentation, and mapped processes for complex record retrieval. From payroll for 15–20 individuals to working with a CPA for fiscal year end and taxes, I bring dependable organization and customer-focused follow-through.
