What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced startup where UGC strategy and creator-led execution drive measurable growth. I want to own testing (hooks, formats, packaging), build repeatable content systems, and collaborate with creators to improve performance.

I’m founder-minded and build-minded, targeting UGC Engineer roles with hands-on experience across UGC strategy, creator-led content, social media management, outreach, consumer tech projects, YouTube packaging, ecommerce experiments, and startup growth. I’ve been directly involved in projects that contributed to 30,000+ followers/subscribers, 5M+ views, and 500+ unique pieces of content across personal, experimental, and brand accounts.

I move fast and stay performance-focused, generating “5M+ views” and supporting growth through content testing and clear creative direction. I build content calendars, outreach systems, scripts, campaign ideas, posting schedules, and Notion-based workflows—then iterate based on what patterns emerge from performance analysis.

My strong interest is the strategy and management side of UGC: helping creators improve content quality, identifying performance patterns, testing hooks and formats, giving clear feedback, and turning winning ideas into repeatable systems. I’m comfortable applying “TikTok-native content” thinking to short-form video, hook writing, script ideation, trend research, and creative direction.
