I am a final year undergraduate at SLIIT, specializing in Cyber Security with a focus on threat analysis, risk management, and cybersecurity consultation. My journey in cybersecurity began with hands-on experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern at WSO2, where I contributed to ISO, PCI, SOC 2, and HIPAA certification readiness. I developed standardized runbooks and evidence gathering templates, enhancing audit traceability and visibility through a centralized Master Risk Register.

During my internship at eBuilder, I conducted thorough risk assessments for clients, identifying potential security gaps and providing actionable recommendations. I led the implementation of NIST SP 800-171 controls and was involved in the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System project. My experience extends to conducting security awareness programs and authoring technical blog articles, contributing to the company's thought leadership.

As a SOC Analyst Intern at SIEM, I gained experience with industry-leading security tools and conducted alert investigations to identify and mitigate security incidents. I am passionate about developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect organizations from emerging threats and am eager to build a career in this dynamic field.
