I'm looking for a customer support, scheduling, or operations role where I can improve customer communication, reduce repetitive work with AI and automation, and help build efficient, customer-focused processes.

At Charlyn Dress Up, I manage customer journeys from first enquiry through product selection, payment, delivery coordination, and follow-up. I keep customer, order, delivery, and payment records accurate while helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.

I've supported operations and customer communications at Goflink Computers, handling documentation, customer information, daily priorities, enquiries, complaints, and follow-up. I also supported sales by clearly explaining products, prices, features, and options.

I use ChatGPT and Claude to improve customer responses, create reusable prompts and templates, and reduce repetitive communication work. I'm interested in applying AI and automation to make customer support and business processes more efficient.
